Have I mentioned the cool cloud formations we get to see in the late summer months?

Sometimes these summer days make you completely exhausted  :) 

Ava and Bratty: 

We tried to get Bratty leash-trained ~ but the leash is kind of a poor design. He can slip right out of it.

But, it still looks cute!

Our friend John let us borrow his dehydrator. We've been able to make some great beef & deer jerky.....

We pretty much consumed the deer jerky faster than it took to dry...... haha
