Hami Fami Photo Shoot

Back in early December, I had my cousin Sharon take our family photos. At the time, we still had grandpa and grandma Hamilton visiting us. It was really cold that day, so we didn't take too much time (especially with Willow). It was nice to get an updated group shot of our newly expanded family. Here is how our 2013 Hamilton family photo shoot turned out:

Hami Elves

I try to get some end-of-the-year photos of my little elves for my Christmas book that I do every year. They change dramatically looking back from book to book. Here is how they turned out. They weren't in the best of moods, so this shoot involved some bribing.

Another Christmas has passed, but these little elves will be busy all the new year long!

Oh What Fun it is to Ride!

We loaded up the vehicles and gear (those of you with kids know what an accomplishment that is) and caravanned up to our friend Pepper's cute little cottage on Sacramento Pass. It was a beautiful day with loads of snow. They put the sleds to good use. I say "they" because I had little Willow in the pack. I realized I should have put her in the cottage and did some sled runs myself. Maybe next time!
Anyway, pictures are worth a thousand words; so here you go:

Sledding makes you thirsty and hungry. We pulled out the hot beverages and snacks.

Isaac, who had been napping in the truck, awoke and did a completed a couple of runs before we packed up.

Wiping out on a sled really makes you feel wiped out..... lol
Totally worth it though.
