We've been raising this duckling until it gets bigger so it can survive with mom's adult ducks. We had two duckings, but one died (not sure why). This one here was hatched right from the egg in our house so it's quite tame. The ducklings were a great boost in lighting the desire to crawl for Willow. She really took off! Willow is the duckling's comfort zone. Even though she's assaulted it a few times. The duckling always comes to Willow's side ~ pecking at the patterns on her shirt or taking nibbles of her crackers...... Haha
It is soooo adorable to watch!
For a while, she would crawl over to the duckling's box and pull herself up on her legs to visit....
