Eureka: Hangin' at the House

We FINALLY made it over to see Sarah, Jamie, and the girls over in Eureka. They have settled nicely in their new, beautiful home. They haven't done much with the yard yet. That's going to be a big project.
It was Sarah's (and Morgyn's) birthday. Mom had an idea, which she coordinated with Jamie & us, to "surprise" Sarah. So, one Sunday morning we caravanned into their driveway. Sarah was definately surprised! It was cool :)

Sydnie, Jorja, and Morgyn made it home and all the kiddos had a great time playing.......

Morgyn is a master artist; that just-turned-three year old stays in between the lines when she colors! I've never seen anything like it! Haha 

It was nice to eat, and visit..........

Morgyn opened the gifts after lunch.........with a little help from other busy little hands  ;) 

Then, it was Sarah's turn.............

Jamie's friend Ryan hung out to see the activity ............
