One evening following dinner we packed our camp chairs, fishing pools & gear - and headed out to Silver Creek. Ava just got a brand new fishing pole for her birthday. Thankfully, this is yet another hobby she took interest in. Plus, she got the hang of it pretty well. In time, she'll be a pro. She's already better than I am................. oh well, someone (uh-hum) has to take document!
She's even nailed the ergonomics of fishing.

The big catch (ok, not so big but nevertheless ~ a catch)....... and it makes this 4 year old proud.
Isaac likes to poke the eyeballs of animals. I'm always getting after him for abusing the cat with his busy hands and fingers. Granted, the cat puts up with it. So, why wouldn't this wide-eyed fish?

Ava and Bryan did good that evening. They caught and released 5 trout.
Even the smallest activities make great memories!
