We've had a great Fall season. Tremendous grace period. Donna, Willow, and myself decided to go on another Sunday walk/ drive up Snake Creek Canyon. It definitely outshined Wheeler Peak this year. As we made our way slowly up the road it was as if we fell into a Robert Frost poem.
Willow ended up falling asleep. Donna soaked up the sun and read her book and took pictures. I roamed around the hills with my camera in search of red aspens. What a beautiful day. Happy October 1st!

After exploring the end of the canyon, we drove back to one of the campsites to enjoy lunch and a rest next to the creek. This was a great place for Willow to ride her bike too!
These two! Love it.
Willow got some great bike-riding practice in. She had fun pedaling down the Snake Creek road to the highway. Watch her made me want to bring my bike too!
We took the road less traveled. That made all the difference :)
