Spring Break: Spring Creek

A visit to the Lamb residence was way over due. So that is where we decided to spend part of the kid's spring break. Bryan was getting into his rattlesnake study field work so he couldn't make it. Hopefully next time.
The drive through secret pass to Elko was so pretty. We saw a rock marmot in the canyon. My eyes were drawn to the neat cloud formations in the blue sky. There was extra pools of water all across the desert from the rainy month of April. So, after 3 mountain passes and long stretches of valleys, we found ourselves at the Lamb residence.

We got a lot of good outside play the first day and a half that we were there ~ riding bikes, jumping on trampoline, and riding electric scooters. Isaac now knows what he wants to spend his money on :)
They are soooo much fun!

Saturday night and Easter Sunday it poured rain. However, the kid's egg hunt was a success.

I'm always in awe of my sister's mad skills at doing hair :)
We relaxed and got ready for an early Easter feast of prime rib cooked in Aaron's smoker. Delicious!
His parents were able to come. We all had such a great time.

If you didn't notice Ava's hair in the pictures before. Yes, she made the cut again. Summer ready!
Alex and Isaac needed cuts too :)

Bring on the summer swimming! ;)
