May Days

These May days are putting us in a May daze..... life feels more accelerated. Spring continues to surprise us with regular isolated thunderstorms. One day in particular our "20% chance" of thunderstorms materialized into widespread crazy rain and lightning. Then, a small funnel cloud formed int front of our eyes! Yep, what an exciting time.

May showers bringing May flowers :)

The thunderstorms provide dramatic clouds which in turn help paint the sky into a beautiful canvas at sunset.....

Our friend Matthew Baker turned 12 years old. They had a BBQ celebration at his house.

Bryan is in the thick of the herp' season. The kids have been piggybacking on many adventures.
The extended, cooler spring has been ideal with hiking. Not too hot yet.

The month of May means that school is wrapping up. The EskDale and Baker Schools had their Spring Concert. Ava continues to rock it on the stand up bass. All the kids played excellently. We thoroughly enjoyed the performance.

........... tick tock, last of the school hours on the clock  :)
