Living Life in Peace

Things are starting to harmonize over at our house when it comes to cats and dog. Zeek & Diego have come to an understanding that the old cat rules the roost. After all, Diego is set in his ways and he's not about to change them now. Our other cat, Alaska, is still getting used to Zeek. He's slowly coming around. He does all right until he runs and encourages Zeek to get excited and tail him. He'll figure out soon that as long as he doesn't run - he won't draw attention.

How do you teach a puppy not to chase? I'm no Cesar Millan! (The Dog Whisperer).
There's other habits to work on right now that we are working on. For example, when we go for walks, I insist that I walk the dog, not the dog walking me! Ha ha.

Every once in a while Zeek displeases Diego..... and Diego stands his ground :)

 

Over at my mom's house, Lo Bo, the great white Pyrenees, is Zeek's mentor........ and chew toy :)

Can you believe Lo Bo is still a puppy too?
