It's the peak of the garden season and we are eating the color of the rainbow more :)
It's our tradition to get Milky Way shots of my kids every summer. I don't take the night sky out here for granted. What a gift it is to look at the stars.

August is one of the busiest months of the year (who am I kidding. They all seem to be.)

Proud of these girls. They did so great!
I loved how all the participants were cheerleaders for one another. What a great learning experience along with the joy. The girls also got ribbons for their arts and crafts at the fair in the 4H exhibition and Open Class.

Speaking of the County Fair. The animals were shown at the Livestock show.
Its was Ava's birthday. She turned fourteen spending her weekend in the pig ring :)
The fair was a success and Ava successfully turned another year older and wiser :)
Happy Birthday, Dear Ava!
