HamiFami "April" 2021

So many memes swirl around in my head from this picture of Jupiter lol. This particular day I think we could say "What?! I'm not going for a walk in THAT wind outside!" Yeah, the spring winds have returned as usual. Much stronger in fact.

We helped out with the community "Sagebrush Discovery" trail.
It's been a great loop and I walk it regularly.

Bryan and Ava took a herp' trip South and found some cool critters.

Emma and Ava were excited about raising pigs for their 4H project. New endeavor and hard work ahead! Oink, Oink!

April of course means Sssssssssssssnake emerging Sssssssseason.
Bryan is always busy, but gets even more busy this time of year.
I enjoy tagging along with him and going to the dens when my schedule allows.

Processing of the rattlesnakes:

Easter came, and we dyed eggs at the Sheppard's house.

HamiFami "March" 2021

Bryan took Willow for her first ski lesson at Eagle Point early March. Then at the end of the season we went with friends to get the last season run in.

Waseem, Sarah, Violet, and Ocean came out to our house for a few days for a lovely visit.
It was great to see those faces again. It was really nice to see family after the covid chaos.

Ava on a early spring cattle run ( I stole this photos from her).

Ava, the artist, is always coming up with something creative. She whipped up these hand-made bears (no pattern!) from an idea out of her head. Haha. She says "No big deal".... as I'm standing there in awe with my mouth wide open.

So, you know how prom pictures are a big deal. Eskdale doesn't really have prom, but they have a school dance every year where they get dressed up. I  decided to start our own tradition with Ava's dress pictures. We are going up the mountain and take them ..... in nature! This is the most I've ever seen my girl dressed up. So beautiful, I may have shed a tear or two. Our kids are growing fiercely before our eyes. (Thanks to Janille for the hand-me-down dress).

Isaac always gets to represent the arrival of St. Patrick's Day Haha!
He's such a great sport ~ and I swoon over that hair, ears, eyes, freckles and smile!
