Christmas Banquet (2019)

The year 2019 marks the 25th anniversary of the EskDale School Christmas Banquet. Milestone! What's even more crazy is that I was a student playing in the orchestra and singing in the choir 25 years ago hahaha. Now Ava is in it (*mind blown*). She really loves the orchestra, choir, and drama classes. She really has blossomed into a great performer! She played her bass in the orchestra. Sang in the choir and girl's ensemble. Performed in a skit as an angel and was a nun in the larger play production. She said that she would like bigger roles next time! She is having a lot of fun with it all and is looking forward to future performances.

Ava will get to watch her little brother and sister in their Christmas play this week too!

Isaac turns 10!

Isaac is double digits now! The big 10! He says he doesn't feel any older haha. Winter birthdays are a challenge. Sometimes weather can get in the way and change plans. Thankfully one of the activities he wanted to do would work out. We got together with friends and went bowling :)

Diving into December!

Hello December! 
We got back from our trip to Albuquerque into a winter wonderland at home. We haven't had any time to play in the snow yet. However,  Isaac was thrilled to ski to school. Seriously, how many kids get to do this? What wonderful memories for him.

Ava beginning training Jupiter with harness and sled. They need many more practice sessions  :)

Willow is super excited about her newest accessory! Yep, she's nearsighted. She couldn't wait to show everyone the glasses she picked out! So cuuuuuuute!

Grandpa Hanks turned 91 years young. Luckily I was able to catch this great group and have some ice cream and celebrate at the Care Center.

Grandma informed Willow that her boots were on the wrong feet haha

Grandma and Grandpa are #couplesgoals. Outstanding and inspiring!

We get crazy accelerated in life and these are the moments of simple joy that make the minutes tick a little slower and become a whole lot sweeter.
