After the school plays finished, it was a mad rush to all the treats laid out across the table. There is always plenty of sweets to go around; maybe all that's left over is a fruit cake lol ..... kidding, I don't know if there has ever been one of those here. The man in red and white wasn't hard to miss as he made his way through the crowd. Willow (who has been frightened of Santa for 3 years) was the most eager to see him this year. As soon as he took his place on stage, she was the first in line to sit on his lap. I was surprised haha.
Isaac was happy to tell Santa what he wanted for Christmas too.....
Ava was a little hesitant visiting Santa this year :P
The end of the Christmas programs and a visit with Santa Clause means that Christmas break is about to begin. Marching orders/schedules will temporarily be paused. We are looking forward to some fun outings, but mostly relaxing!

Garrison/Baker School Christmas Program
It was time for the Garrison/Baker School Christmas Programs. The 5th graders performed for the first time with their instruments that they started learning in the beginning of the school year. Ava played the bass. I think she's really enjoying it.
The kids are always so much fun watching on stage; reciting their lines, singing, and dancing. I usually take too many photos without any regrets ;)
..... and that's the performance finale for 2017!
I think Santa would make a jolly appearance soon....... *jingle *jingle *jingle
